Creative Vegetable Boats

These adorable and Creative Vegetable Boats are perfect to add a special touch to any meal time or event. A fantastic way to tempt a fussy child to eat their vegetables or to impress guests. The best thing is that they are very easy to make. To get started gather together your vegetables and spreads. The boats in these images are made with hummus. You can use any dip or spread that you prefer. You will also need some toothpicks.  Cut your vegetables as shown and rim the bottom of your cut pieces if needed so that they sit flat.  Once you have the hulls prepared all you need to do is fill them with your favourite spread and create the sails.
